Why Do We Love This?
2 layers of vanilla cake soaked with Rum , a layer of raspberry jelly (with Rum) and marinated raisin in rum, white chocolate mousse , decorated with Raspberry Rum Jelly and white chocolate shards.
Note :
1) Kept refrigerated and best consumed within 3 days
2) Lead time : 3 days
3) Serving pax: 10-15 pax, with the option of sliced by us or not. If sliced, there will be 10 pieces in one whole cake and a good portion for one pax.
