Presentation of the estate
The Beneteau vineyard is a family estate in the heart of the Blaye Appellation. Château Capville has been managed by Janick Beneteau since 1979. In 1994, he took over the Domaine du Chay, which was owned up to then by his parents. Several generations of winemakers belonging to the same family have been in charge of the vineyards for over two centuries. Sharing their passion for wine, Janick continues the tradition of producing high quality wines and takes special care of the work in its vineyard and the winemaking process in the cellars.
