Why Do We Love This?
Located in the village of Cleyrac, 20 km away from the Saint-Emilion appellation, on one of the highest plateau of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, Château le Colombier enjoys an exceptional terroir. The soil is made of clay and limestone over a limestone base, which is the same type of soil than the one of the Saint-Emilion plateau.
With a ruby colour, Château Le Colombier 2019 offers a complex, fruity and spicy nose, with delicious aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant. On the palate the wine is particularly well-balanced, persistent with red fruits and moka aromas.
