Taste
A brilliant claret red with a ruby hue.
Plums, blueberries are powerful and upfront. WA Silver Saltbush adds savoury, almost dusty earthen complexity to it which is so typical of this blend.
The savoury elements add an initial fine tannin note, which is refreshed by the bright and vibrant fruits. A great balance of Australian bush and red fruits.
Why Do We Love This?
Margaret River's favourite red blend. A blend of the robust Cabernet sauvignon with the softer, fruit driven Merlot produces a wonderful wine.
