Taste
A dense deep garnet with ruby hues.
Intense varietal cassis, blackcurrants, bay leaf and black olive with lifted notes of tobacco leaf,oak spice.
An elegant wine showing red currants, blackberries and plum, fruit flavours with aniseed, green pepper corn, and thyme and cigar box. A balanced wine with good structure, soft acid and impressive length.

The McLaren Vale region is famous for being one of the most geologically diverse wine regions in the world. It is from these ancient soils that Hardys source the grapes that are then used to produce our unique wines. Displaying complexity, concentration and character, the new Hardys Tintara Geology range draws on these soils to craft a wine befitting such a unique region.
