Why Do We Love This?
2 layers of chocolate cake soaked with whisky , a layer of honey pecan insert , whisky milk choc mousse , decorate with dark choc shards, chocolate glaze and 3 pieces of whisky pecan truffle.
Note :
1) Kept refrigerated and best consumed within 3 days
2) Lead time : 3 days
3) Serving pax: 10-15 pax, with the option of sliced by us or not. If sliced, there will be 10 pieces in one whole cake and a good portion for one pax.
