Why Do We Love This?
Elegant Mediterranean character, mature nose, fresh palate. Aroma of red fruit compote, wilted blue flowers and spices. Strong presence on the palate; consistent yet fresh and fluid, well-balanced, tasty and expressive.
This wine was made by destemming and macerating for 10 days at a temperature not higher than 30°C. After, it was pressed and finally passed through malolactic fermentation for 3-4 days. Aging took place in oak barrels for 6 months.
