Why Do We Love This?
The Coteaux Bourguignons is the expression of Great Burgundy as a whole. The blend of Gamay from granite soils and Pinot Noir from clay-limestone soils, associated with aging in vats, allows us to develop a full-bodied, balanced wine that expresses the finesse and aromatic purity of our grape varieties.
The vinification and aging of the different wines of this blend take place in stainless steel vats in order to preserve fruit and freshness. The wines are then reunited before the preparation for bottling.
