Why Do We Love This?
Created in January 2011, the new appellation 'Coteaux Bourguignons' concerns the territories of Greater Burgundy, from Auxerrois to Beaujolais. This AOC is produced using the main emblematic grape varieties of Burgundy: Pinot Noir / Gamay and Chardonnay / Aligoté.
The vinification and aging of the different wines of this blend take place in stainless steel vats in order to preserve fruit and freshness. The wines are then reunited before the preparation for bottling.
