Why Do We Love This?
2 layers of chocolate cake soaked with cognac , a layer of caramel and cognac frozen chocolate truffle , dark chocolate mousse infused with cognac, decorated with caramel and dark glaze , and dark chocolate fan.
Note :
1) Kept refrigerated and best consumed within 3 days
2) Lead time : 3 days
3) Serving pax: 10-15 pax, with the option of sliced by us or not. If sliced, there will be 10 pieces in one whole cake and a good portion for one pax.
