RESERVA DE LA FAMILIA is the selection of the best grapes of the winery Finca El Revollar which located at altitude 510meter above sea level with only 2.74 with a size of 2.74Hectar, vines average between 30-45 years old with yields of 2,000 to 3,000 Kg / Ha. Grapes destem Aging in 100% French oak barrels for 18 months with racking every 6 months. Attractive dark fruits aroma, silky tannin with juicy acidity. Excellent balance and smooth ending with the taste of balsamic and dark chocolate. Long lasting and living wine.
