Why Do We Love This?
Belonging to the Matton-Farnet family for 80 years, Château Minuty is a family run wine estate located in southern France’s Provence region, overlooking the Saint-Tropez peninsula.
If you notice just one wine on the beach and seaside restaurants in the south of France, it is almost certainly Minuty Prestige. This wine has become the emblem of the Riviera lifestyle, and it is a place that has been earned through the unbelievable dedication to quality by the Minuty family.
This light rosé wine expresses some very intense aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers. On the palate, a velvety texture combined with a fresh flavor gives this wine a certain ethereal quality.
