Why Do We Love This?
A light salmon pink in colour with hints of silver, revealing a steady ribbon of delicate bubbles. Bright, red fruit flavours with fresh, light aromas of red currant, blueberry and raspberry intermingled with strawberry. The palate is a delicious procession of red currant, blueberry and raspberry notes, combined with a hint of strawberries. The clean flavours are extremely delicate and vibrant.
