WINEMAKING 

Once harvested, the fruit was gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures to capture the vibrant fruit flavours from the vineyards. Our Rapaura Springs Classic Sauvignon Blanc has a broad range of fine fruit flavours from each of the Marlborough sub-regions.
