Why Do We Love This?
Our Pinot Noir gains further acclaim with each vintage. Medium weight and colour but with bright cherry fruit and an intense long creamy finish which can surprise. Can be drunk on its own, and would be lovely with baked salmon, but will stand up to a fillet steak. Ideal food match: carpaccio of beef.
