OUR DISTILLERY is the inspiration for Hotel Starlino. From its dramatic staircase to its beautiful view of the Monviso mountain, it is a piece of Italian history
AT 17% ALC. RICH, FRUITY AND ENTICING, this rich vermouth is warmed with notes of fig and dried cherries, and just faint hints of spiced gingerbread and bitter orange peel. Drinkable solo as an apéritif, or used as a cocktail-mixing favorite
STARLINO ROSSO is aged in BOURBON Barrels – we age a portion of our Vermouth in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels to give a rich spicy flavor.
Rounding off the range is Starlino Rosso (Red Vermouth) – a classic “Vermouth di Torino” – made from a blend of Italian white wine, Sicilian Ansonica and Cataratto wines and Marsala Wine. This is then blended with a careful selection of botanicals including Wormwood, bitter orange and cloves. The Red Vermouth is then aged in Bourbon Barrels for six months to give a rich, spicy, vanilla flavor – perfect for Negronis, Manhattans, on the rocks or with a splash of soda.
