Why Do We Love This?
Autumnal English flavours in a flavoured gin. Using the same base of Williams GB Extra Dry Gin (just like the other flavoured Chase gins), here we have rhubarb juice and bramley apple juice added to the mix. This creates a tart and tangy flavour profile, with some warming brown sugar notes that develop into earthy woodiness. The tang and tartness combine well with the pine of juniper. Great with East Imperial Burma Tonic with Apple as a garnish.
