Taste
Orange, pine needles, rosemary, cinnamon, coriander, peppercorns and clove
Mixed spices, ginger, freshly ground pepper followed by a hint of orange zest
Coriander, cardamom, sage, and a dry lingering peppery finish.
Why Do We Love This?
Honouring the Wemyss family’s spirit of adventure, we wanted to explore a range of warming botanicals found as far afield as Africa, Morocco and China. We selected ten that would give the desired depth of flavour to create a contemporary gin that is full and rounded.
