Why Do We Love This?
This gin, which was used in the winning Best Gin And Tonic In KL at the 2019 Gin Jubilee, is produced in Ireland by The Shed Distillery and PJ Rigney, and has 12 botanicals sourced from all over the world. Don't worry, there is no gunpowder in this gin. It actually refers to a type of tea, not an explosive! On the nose, big and bright citrus, with a hint of tea. The tea comes out more on the palate with gorgeous green notes. The spices integrate well here, and the finish is long and complex. Versatile enough for most mixed drinks, but great in a G&T. Use East Imperial Old World Tonic with Grapefruit as a garnish.
