Taste
Powerful earthy notes, supported by aromatic east Asian mint and strongly scented Buddha’s Hand. A faint floral ending of Sichuan pepper.
Resinous juniper immediately on the tongue, with earthy flavors of angelica, cinnamon and liquorice.
Gentle oils from juniper, coriander and almonds eventually give way to a pleasant, lingering warm mouthfeel from mala spice and cubeb berries, leaving you awaiting the next sip.

Multiple awards from the San Francisco World Spirits Awards and CWSA. A fusion of eleven rare botanicals. Notes of Buddha’s hand, Sichuan pepper and lotus combine with juniper and other organic botanicals for a distinctive yet perfectly blended gin.
Our organic botanicals are foraged from locations such as Sichuan, Yunnan and Gansu for a distinctively Eastern flavour unlike any other gin. Our ingredients tell a story of the beauty and diversity of China and its unique natural flora.
