Taste
Clean and fresh to nose with hints of lime.
Wonderfully herbaceous with real citrus and juniper notes coming to the fore.
This gin finishes with cooling and fresh notes.
Why Do We Love This?
Our Spring Edition is distilled using ingredients, foraged from the local area during Spring, that give a seasonal taste to our Original Rock Rose Gin. Reminiscent of a spring day in Caithness we use botanicals to provide a cool, refreshing taste! Coltsfoot from the distillery garden provides a delicious sweetness, while gorse flowers bring a gorgeous coconut like aroma. We have also used dandelion to help balance the sweetness with delicious earthy, liquorice flavours.
